BIOGRAPHY

I believe there is truth about nutrition all around us. Unfortunately there are also a lot of lies and myths we have mistakenly taken as truths. I believe we are designed for life in abundance and that nutrition is a very important step in getting there. If we don't only know what we are not allowed to eat but rather know what we can enjoy, consume for energy and cook deliciously I believe our inner and outer worlds will change drastically. That is why I love what I do. I am a registered dietitian and I help you know what you CAN and WANT to eat to be full of energy, life, gratitude and nourish your body every step of the way.
