BIOGRAPHY

I studied dietetics at the University of Pretoria and graduated in 2013. I am passionate about dietetics and healthy livings and I have a special interest in sports nutrition and I completed my post graduate diploma in sports nutrition through the IOC. Overall I love helping people improve their nutrition and I firmly believe that many health related problems can be solved with the right nutrition.
