Robyn-Leigh Mentor

Robyn-Leigh was born and raised from Cape Town and grew up in a family of health care professionals, her passion for food and fitness began at a young age which is what lead her to peruse a career in Nutrition. She graduated from the University of the Western Cape in Nutrition and Dietetics. Thereafter she had worked in a small town within the Karoo between three hospitals and five clinics; while serving on the COVID response team in 2020. Robyn does not believe in quick fixes and rather advocates for sustainable lifestyle changes. She has special interest in sports nutrition, nutrigenetics, fertility with nutrition, weight management, media and corporate wellness. She is based at our practices at the G4Medical Services in Helderkriun, the Sanridge Medical Centre in Midrand, the Midrand Medical Centre in Midrand and Online.
