I am a registered dietitian & fitness fanatic based in Cape Town, South Africa.. I enjoy meeting people from various backgrounds and empowering them to make positive changes to their health and overall well-being. My expertise in sports diets has enabled multiple athletes to achieve their performance and event goals. I am also able to help those struggling with weight issues, food allergies, eating disorders and other nutritional problems.
