INFORMATION ON BCAA BLEND

ONLY AVAILABLE IN DRINKS

Our Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) consist of the three essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in the ration 2:1:1. The term “Branched-chain” refers to the similar chemical structure of these amino acids.

BCAAs can promote muscle protein synthesis and increase muscle growth over time. BCAA's may also provide energy and serve as fuel sources for skeletal muscles during periods of metabolic stress, as well as support liver function.

Studies have shown BCAAs supplementation improved insulin resistance, beta cell function as well as energy metabolism and glucose tolerance in certain people. They are used by athletes and body builders to improve mental and physical performance, repair the microtears caused by exercise and reduce exertion and fatique during exercise.

How it works:

As the  "building blocks" of the body, branched-chain amino acids make up 35% of your muscle mass and must be present for molecular growth and development to take place. They stimulate the building of protein in muscle and could reduce muscle breakdown by preventing faulty message transmissions between brain cells.

Our BCAA Blend contains the following amino acid profile:

Isoleucine 25%
Leucine 50%
Valine 25%
